Foreign Minister discusses cooperation with Afghan counterpart

Muscat: Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Hamad Al Busaidi held a telephone call with Amir Khan Muttaqi, Foreign Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.

During the call, the two Ministers reviewed the course of relations between the Sultanate of Oman and Afghanistan and ways to develop cooperation. They expressed their shared interest in supporting opportunities for trade and the exchange of expertise. They also discussed expanding economic partnership to serve the mutual interests of both countries.
