Liwa hit-and-run accident claims child’s life; driver arrested

Muscat: The North Al Batinah Governorate Police Command has arrested a motorist who fled the scene after a fatal road accident in Liwa.

The incident involved the running over of a child of Arab nationality, which tragically resulted in the child’s death.
