Saudi Ministry of Defence intercepts ballistic missile launched toward Al-Kharj

RIYADH- Spokesperson of the Ministry of Defence Major General Turki Al-Malki stated that a ballistic missile launched toward Al-Kharj Governorate was intercepted and destroyed, with shrapnel falling in the vicinity of Prince Sultan Air Base, causing no damage.

Major General Al-Malki said that six drones were intercepted and destroyed in the Eastern Region.

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia announced  that its air defences intercepted and destroyed seven drones in the Eastern Province.

This brings the total number of drones that targeted Saudi Arabia to 456, and 37 missiles, including 30 ballistic missiles and seven cruise missiles.
