
Muscat: The Sultanate of Oman on Monday took part in a ministerial meeting of the GCC Economic and Development Affairs Authority. The meeting was held via video conferencing.
Oman was represented at the meeting by Dr. Khamis bin Saif Al Jabri, Minister of Economy.
The meeting was held in the backdrops of the current rapid developments and exceptional geopolitical challenges that set grounds for potential economic repercussions in the regional and international arenas.
The meeting emanated from a shared commitment among GCC states to unify efforts for addressing the current challenges and enhancing coordination and integration among member states, notably in economic and developmental affairs.
