Youth Initiatives Incubator to launch in Al Dhahirah

Muscat: The Youth Initiatives Incubator is set to launch next Saturday in the Al Dhahirah Governorate. Organised by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth, the five-day program will feature the participation of 22 distinct initiatives. The incubator serves as an integrated platform designed to develop high-quality youth projects, guiding them from initial concepts or early activities into structured, high-impact operations while accelerating their readiness to secure official licensing.

To achieve its goals, the incubator will provide a supportive environment focused on building institutional and organizational capacities, refining content quality, and expanding social impact. The program operates along three specialized tracks:

Track One: Focuses on developing the core concept and aligning it with community priorities and national development plans.

Track Two: Concentrates on improving activity outputs, measuring social impact, and creating sustainable content development models.

Track Three: Centers on developing the initiative members by building a team culture, enhancing soft skills, and training them in institutional planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
