
A’Rustaq-- The Office of the Governor of South Al Batinah today held a meeting during which it reviewed measures to implement a programme aimed at consolidating the environment of trade and investment across the governorates of the Sultanate of Oman.
The meeting, held in the Wilayat of A’Rustaq, dealt with key aspects of developing a commercial and investment climate that contributes to boosting economic activity and establishing an environment that better supports the private sector and investors at large.
In particular, the programme focuses on generating investment opportunities in South Al Batinah Governorate and leveraging available assets in a manner that attracts investments and develops economic activities. It also seeks to foster integration among government departments and establishments associated with the commercial and investment sectors.
