Muscat: The Public Authority for Civil Aviation (PACA) has warned of extended sea waves coinciding with high tides in coastal areas and the Arabian Sea over the coming days.

“Maximum high tide and rising waves on Tuesday, 29 October in Muscat during morning at 9:33 am and evening at 10: 46 pm. In Salalah during the morning at 8:41 am and evening at 10:49 pm," the alert by PACA said.

"On Wednesday, 30 October, in Muscat during the morning at 10:10 am and evening at 11:33 pm. And in Salalah during morning at 9:11 am and evening at 11:43 pm,“ PACA added.
The authority also said, “The nearby coastal wilayats next to Muscat and Salalah have high tide timing similar to the above mentioned times.”
