Two injured in apartment fire

Muscat: Two people were injured and six others were rescued after fire broke out at an apartment in Muscat Governorate.

In a statement issued, the Public Authority of Civil Defence and Ambulance (PACDA): "The firefighting teams of the Civil Defence and Ambulance Department in the Muscat Governorate managed to put out a fire that broke out at an apartment in the Wilayat of Seeb, where six people were evacuated and two people were injured."

The two injured received immediate treatment and are in good health.
