Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of greetings to Dr. Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa of the Portuguese Republic, on the occasion of his country's National Day.
In the cable, His Majesty the Sultan expressed his sincere sentiments to the President, wishing him more success in leading the friendly Portuguese people and meeting their aspirations for a stable and advanced life.
His Majesty the Sultan expressed the hope that relations of cooperation and partnership between the Sultanate of Oman and the Portuguese Republic would continue to grow and expand at all levels.
