HM the Sultan, UAE President review current matters, cooperation, and partnership

Salalah: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of United Arab Emirates (UAE), held a fraternal meeting on Thursday at Al Hosn Palace in Salalah.

During the meeting, the two leaders reviewed a number of topics of mutual interest and discussed means of strengthening avenues of cooperation and partnership to contribute to the economic prosperity of both countries, serving the aspirations of the two countries’ peoples. They also explored ways to achieve peace and stability in the region, fulfilling the peoples' hopes for a safe and dignified life.

From the Omani side, the meeting was attended by HH Sayyid Shihab bin Tarik Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for Defense Affairs, HH Sayyid Theyazin bin Haitham Al Said, Minister of Culture, Sports, and Youth, HH Sayyid Bilarab bin Haitham Al Said, Sayyid Khalid bin Hilal Al Busaidi, Minister of the Diwan of Royal Court, General Sultan bin Mohammed Al Nu'amani, Minister of the Royal Office, Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, Foreign Minister, Sultan bin Salim Al Habsi, Minister of Finance, Dr. Hamad bin Said Al Aufi, Head of the Private Office, Abdulsalam bin Mohammed Al Murshidi, Chairman of the Oman Investment Authority and Sayyid Dr. Ahmed bin Hilal Al Busaidi, Ambassador of Oman to the UAE.
