Muscat Nights 2026 events kicked off on Thursday

Muscat: The “Muscat Nights 2026” events, organized by Muscat Municipality, officially kicked off today as part of a vibrant season of cultural and entertainment programs aimed at stimulating economic and tourism activity and enhancing community participation.

The events are being held across several key locations in the Muscat Governorate, including Qurum Natural Park, Al Amerat Public Park, the Oman Automobile Association, the Royal Opera House Muscat, Seeb Beach, Quriyat, Wadi Al Khoudh, as well as various shopping centers. This wide geographical spread allows visitors to enjoy diverse experiences through a range of modern and innovative activities.

Muscat Nights 2026 events are scheduled daily, with expanded programs during weekends, offering flexibility for visitors and encouraging sustained attendance throughout the month of January.

The festival features a rich variety of activities catering to different segments of society and visitors, including cultural, entertainment, artistic, and sports programs, in addition to family activities, competitions, and interactive evenings.

Muscat Municipality affirmed that Muscat Nights continues to serve as an important economic driver, with a focus on increasing the participation of Omani talents and small and medium enterprises compared to previous seasons. This comes within the municipality’s commitment to supporting seasonal employment, professional empowerment, and expanding local economic impact.

The municipality also confirmed that all event sites have been fully prepared from a technical standpoint, with essential services provided to ensure an integrated experience for visitors and the overall success of the events.
