His Majesty receives phone call from President of Germany

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik has received a phone call from His Excellency Dr. Frank-Walter Steinmeier, President of the Federal Republic of Germany. During the call, they discussed the developments of the escalating military operations in the region and their repercussions on the security and stability of the states.

His Excellency the German President expressed his condemnation of the recent attacks targeting the Sultanate of Oman, other Gulf Cooperation Council countries, and various regional states. He voiced his support for the affected nations during this challenging period.

Both leaders stressed the urgent need to stop the conflict. They called on all parties involved to respect international law and return to diplomatic negotiations. They agreed that this approach is essential for protecting the sovereignty of states and restoring peace across the region.
