
Muscat: The National Centre for Statistics and Information (NCSI) commenced the sixth cycle of the Government Service Satisfaction Survey today, covering all governorates of the Sultanate of Oman. The survey will continue until 26 June 2026.
The survey encompasses all services utilised by citizens, whether provided by the offices of the walis or by other government entities responsible for managing and delivering services at the governorate level.
This survey is conducted as part of the Centre’s mandate to provide accurate statistical data and national indicators that support decision-makers, thereby contributing to the enhancement of government service quality and the improvement of public policies based on citizens’ opinions and aspirations.
The survey targets Omani citizens aged 18 years and above.
