Oman, KSA underscore strength of deep-rooted relations

Manama--- Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, Foreign Minister, met today with Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

This meeting took place within the framework of the two ministers’ participation in the joint ministerial meeting between the GCC countries and the United States of America, held in the Bahraini capital, Manama.

During the meeting, the two sides exchanged views regarding a number of issues and developments related to the region.

The two ministers also touched upon several issues of a bilateral nature, falling within the framework of the existing cooperation under the initiatives of the Omani-Saudi Coordination Council.

Furthermore, the two sides underscored during the meeting the strength of the deep-rooted relations between the two countries. They emphasized the importance of continuing joint action across various fields in a manner that serves mutual interests and enhances the march of joint Gulf action.
