Etihad Rail completes maiden journey from Fujairah to Abu Dhabi

UAE: The first Etihad Rail passenger service arrived in Abu Dhabi from Fujairah today, marking a major milestone in the development of the UAE's national transport network.

According to WAM, the inaugural trial journey departed from Fujairah Station and concluded at Mohamed bin Zayed City Station in Abu Dhabi, accompanied by celebrations to mark the historic event. Passengers aboard the maiden voyage expressed great pride in participating, noting that the modern train provides a fast, comfortable, and reliable travel experience.
