
Muscat– The Civil Aviation Authority said that weather forecasts for the coming days indicate that the atmosphere of the Sultanate of Oman will be affected by a trough of low pressure.
The authority explained that weather map analyses predict the flow and formation of clouds over the Musandam Governorate starting next Monday, bringing scattered rainfall of varying intensity that may at times be accompanied by thunderstorms.
It added that the unstable weather conditions are expected to gradually extend during the following days to parts of North Al Batinah Governorate, South Al Batinah Governorate, Al Buraimi Governorate, Al Dhahirah Governorate, Al Dakhiliyah Governorate, Muscat and North Al Sharqiyah Governorate.
